delicious Beef Rib Soup Konro

AS Makassar cuisine, soup konro is one of the famous main dishes taste delicious. Its traditional menu of the Anging Mamiri City of desiccant  beef policy.

Not just any meat, but meat that is only just taken the ribs. Meat is scotch-tight elastic at the end joint of beef ribs.


After going through the process boiled for a certain period, the texture of the meat was so soft. Elasticity make calm. With a chewy texture and soft, straight and parts in just one bite.

With a rich savory flavors, spice mix, such as pepper, ginger, chilies, shallots, and garlic is felt on the tongue. Not only that, fried onions sprinkled on soup is added to the joy of its own.

During the month of Ramadan, as spoken Ismail, kiosk could spend up to 30 heads of cattle from the ribs only. From the original rib meat and a big distinction ox tails will be serving soup served konro 8-10.

One portion consists of four segments of the ribs still attached full lump meat served with broth in a plate of food. Once you eat, do not be surprised to hear comments, "is really good at all to eat meat".

Public Sop owned Konro Queen Haji open since 1995. Every day ordinary cs Ismail serves customers from 10:00 until 23:00 CET
